"How experiences abroad shape lives" with Marlene Fertig and Clara Grell PEACE OUT (9)

Marlene and Clara both set out on a journey to two different countries. They wanted to do voluntary service and look into other worlds.

Marlene worked for one year in Nepal, Clara for several weeks in a refugee home in Greece. Beyza and Hannah from pics4peace spoke with the two.

Living with a big family in two rooms, showering outside with a bucket of water, why a girl who has her period is not allowed to go into the kitchen, and what it's like when a young German woman suddenly has to give sports lessons to experienced men - you can find out all this in the podcast PEACE OUT (9).
