Imagine, since February 01, 2024 there is a new theater project! We are once again working with the playwright Wolfsmehl as part of "Wörterwelten". This time, pupils from the Anna Pröll School in Gersthofen are writing a play.

Resistance fighter Anna Pröll as a role model for today

Our new theater kids want to bring the life of Anna Pröll, their school namesake, to the stage.

Anna actively resisted during the Nazi era. At 17, she was arrested for "high treason" and sent first to a women's prison and later to Moringen concentration camp.

The civil courage she showed back then was life-threatening. Nevertheless, she did not hesitate. What does that tell us today?

The kids from Gersthofen are packaging their ideas into a story that they will not only publish, but also perform. We can look forward to it!
